Who is it not suitable for?

Individuals with pacemakers, pregnant women, those with severe heart disease, skin ulcers, or late-stage diabetes complications should consult a doctor before use. Electrodes should never be placed on the front of the neck, temples, or heart area.

How long does it take to see results?

It varies from person to person. Most users experience relief after 1–2 weeks of continuous use. We recommend combining it with appropriate stretching and exercise. This product is for辅助舒缓 purposes only and is not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment.

How is delivery arranged?

Free delivery for orders over HK$1,500 across Hong Kong. We will arrange delivery as soon as possible after your order is placed, and our Hong Kong customer health hotline will follow up.

Can I try the device in person?
