DR-HO'S Delivery Policy
Because many products come in different shapes, sizes, and weights, shipping costs for DR-HO's products vary. We always do our best to ensure affordable, fast shipping and that your DR-HO's product arrives in pristine condition. To find out the shipping costs for a specific product, please follow the steps below.
How to easily calculate shipping costs for any product:

Step 2: Enter your address in the field and click "Get Quote".
Our easy-to-use shipping calculator will automatically provide you with the applicable shipping cost for this product.
All orders over HK$1500 before tax are eligible for free shipping.
All orders over HK$1,500 (pre-tax) enjoy free shipping, including delivery to Hong Kong. If you add DR-HO's products valued at over HK$1,500 to your order, the free shipping discount will automatically apply at checkout. For orders under HK$1,500, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Buy multiple items and get 25% off shipping
To give you the best shipping prices, we'll reduce shipping costs by 25% when you purchase multiple items. Please note that this 25% discount only applies if shipping is included on all items after the first one. If shipping is not included, the 25% discount does not apply to the total purchase price.
For example, if you purchase the first item and pay for standard shipping, and then purchase the second item with free shipping, you will not be eligible for the 25% shipping discount. In contrast, if you purchase the first item and pay for standard shipping, and then purchase the second item, you will be eligible for the 25% discount on the total shipping cost of both items.
Please note that the 25% discount does not apply to express deliveries.
How long does it take for my DR-HO'S product to arrive?
Standard delivery orders will be delivered within 3 business days, depending on your distance from our delivery center.
