Returns and Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems
Please inspect the item upon receipt and if it is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and address it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return your existing item and, once your return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.
Refund
We'll notify you once we've received and reviewed your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, we'll automatically issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
