DR-HO'S Shipping Policy (Hong Kong)
We ship orders World Wide (except Iran, Mexico, and Russia). Please note that the final price at checkout does not include any duties, fees, or import taxes. As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.
Shipping costs on DR-HO'S products vary based on the product because many products are different shapes, sizes and weights. We always do our best to ensure that our shipping process is fair-priced and fast, and that your DR-HO'S products arrive in brand-new condition. For shipping prices on specific products, simply follow the steps below.
How to easily calculate shipping costs on any product:
Step 1: Add the item to your cart.
Step 2: Enter your Country, Province/State & Postal/ZIP Code in the "Estimate Tax & Shipping" area, and then click "Get A Quote".
Our easy-to-use shipping calculator will then automatically provide you with the available Shipping rates for your product.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over HK$1500.00 before tax
We are happy to provide Free Shipping to Hong Kong on all orders over HK$1500.00 before tax. The free shipping discount will automatically be applied during checkout when you have added more than HK$1500.00 worth of DR-HO'S products to your order. For orders under HK$1500, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
Save 25% on shipping when you buy more than one item
In order to provide you with the best possible prices on shipping, we reduce shipping fees by 25% when you purchase more than one item. It should be noted that the 25% discount is only applicable if the items following the first item have a shipping price. If items do not have a shipping price then the 25% discount will not be applied to the total.
To use an example, a person purchasing a first item with a regular shipping rate and then a second item that has free shipping, will not be eligible for the 25% discount on shipping rates. In comparison, a person purchasing a first item with a regular shipping rate and then a second item also with a shipping rate, will be eligible for 25% off the overall combined shipping rate for the two products.
Please note that the 25% discount cannot be applied to Express Shipping.
How long will my DR-HO'S products take to arrive?
Orders with regular shipping will be delivered within 3-10 business days depending on how close you are located to our shipping facility.
